We add a pearl white powder to the ash to create a uniquely set white ash stone. Since ash can vary in colour, the resulting stone may have slight colour differences depending on the project. This means that each piece will be unique to the people you love.

Yes, you are welcome to send multiple sets of ashes to be included in your jewellery. Please send a small pea-sized amount from each one you’d like included.

Orders typically take us around 3 weeks from the Inclusion receipt date to complete the order. Once we have received your Inclusions a member of our team will email you with an estimated completion & arrival date. If you have any questions or concerns after you have placed your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

We charge a flat rate of £10.00. This covers shipment both ways and Includes a Royal Mail Next Working Day Tracked Service to ensure your Inclusions arrive with us safely.

Due to the custom nature of each piece and the time required to craft and deliver our products, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our work and provide a six-month warranty on all stones.

Our jewellery is crafted from the finest materials and designed for long-lasting durability. If your piece tarnishes within six months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

We offer Genuine 925 Stirling Silver and Stirling Silver 925 Gold Filled materials in all of our jewellery, sourced from some of the finest artisans in the world. Our jewellery is designed not to tarnish.

If you'd like to swap styles, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. We always try our best to make your piece something that will warm your heart, so we do all that we can to ensure satisfaction.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your jewellery after placing your order. Processing times may vary depending on the piece, when we receive the ashes, and our current order volume. However, our team will keep you updated every step of the way.

All jewellery comes with a care card for guidance. Our pieces are crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and should be stored in a cool, dry place. While they are waterproof, we recommend removing them before showering or swimming to preserve the integrity of the stone. To clean, use a soft cloth and mild soap for the metal, avoiding direct contact with jewelry cleaners on the stone. Regular care will help maintain the beauty and longevity of your piece.
